Quotify is an AI-powered invoicing service for UK sole traders and freelancers. References to “Quotify”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy refer to the operator of this service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use Quotify:

  • Account information — your email address when you sign up.
  • Business details — business name, address, phone, logo, and bank details you enter in Settings.
  • Document data — invoices, quotes, and receipts you create, including client details and line items.
  • Client data — names, emails, and addresses you store in your client address book.
  • Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
  • Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and operate the Quotify service.
  • To generate document content via the Anthropic Claude API (job descriptions you enter are sent to Anthropic to generate line items).
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation).
  • To improve the service.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us, at which point we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax reasons.
