- New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features.
- After the trial, a subscription of £10.99/month is required to continue using the service.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the Billing page.
- No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by UK consumer law.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of the documents, client data, and business information you create and store in Quotify. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your documents.
5. AI-generated content
Quotify uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to suggest line items and document copy. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before sending documents to clients. Quotify accepts no liability for errors in AI-generated content.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Quotify to create fraudulent documents, engage in tax evasion, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Quotify is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
